About Me

I provide therapeutic support, supervision and spiritual accompaniment to a wide variety of individuals from diverse backgrounds. I am dedicated to creating a safe and nurturing space where my clients can explore their emotions, thoughts and belief systems, whilst moving towards healing, restoration and flourishing though conversation that matter.

Though I do work with a variety of clients in my practice, I specialise in working with Christian creatives and those working in full time Christian ministry and leadership, especially those who hold pastoral responsibility.  The Christian creatives I have worked with include musicians, actors, writers, visual artists and many more, both professional and amateur.  For more specific information on my work with artists, please see the 'Artist Wellbeing' section.

As above, I also specialise in working with those in full time Christian ministry, nationally and internationally and people involved in the pastoral care of others. I offer support with issues such as depression, anxiety, bereavement, relationship challenges, boundaries, burn-out and faith & spirituality issues.

I am trained in Counselling & Pastoral Supervision with Spiritual Direction. Please feel free to browse the separate section titled 'Supervision' for further information.

Areas of experience include; Depression & Anxiety, Grief & Loss, Relationships, Burnout, Self-Esteem & Identity, Stress Management, Work-Life Balance, Coping with Criticism & Competition, Counselling & Pastoral Supervision, Spiritual Accompaniment & Formation, Coping with Public Recognition & Fame. â€‹â€‹
